Agency - Getting Started

Here's how to get access to agency features.

1. Get Activated onto Agency

Reach out to us ( support@feedback.link) in order to get activated onto Feedback Link Agency. This is a no-obligation activation to get access to agency functionality and discounts. 

Note that your agency's account need to be on a valid Feedback Link plan (this could be a monthly subscription or a valid partner/deal plan).

2. Watch Walkthrough Video

Be sure to watch our agency walkthrough explainer video.

3. Add, Invite, Manage & Support Your Clients

Add and remove client accounts, and invite clients to collaborate on the dashboard.

Logged in clients will not see our support button (?) feature as this is linked with the Feedback Link help centre. This means that you will need to offer support directly to your clients.
