Agency - Overview

Welcome!

The Feedback Link agency plan allows digital agencies to create and manage client accounts on their behalf. You can also invite your clients to their own client area - under your agency brand.

Here's how it works. Note that in order to understand this guide, you need to be well acquainted with the Feedback Link product.

White Labelled Experience

Your clients will not be in contact with Feedback Link's branding. They will see your branding every step of the way. With Agency, "From" fields in emails and feedback link and dashboard URLs will be modified to generic domains.

Generic Feedback Link

  • Your client's Feedback Link will be givefdbck.com/yourclient instead of feedback.link/yourclient
  • givefdbck.com.com is a generic domain, and is not connected to  the Feedback Link brand in any way.
  • Alternatively, connect your client's feedback link to a custom domain or subdomain (depending on their plan).

Generic "From" Address for Client Invites

  • When invites are sent from your clients' account, the "From" field will be modified to "client@feedbackevaluate.com"
  • (We have "custom email domains" on our backlog, to support sending from a custom email domain)
  • Texts/SMSs will contain the givefdbck.com/yourclient link and not feedback.link/yourclient

Generic Client Dashboard

  • Optionally, you can invite your clients as "Collaborators" to view responses and send invites.
  • Their dashboard will be branded with your agency's colors and logo.
  • The Generic URL where your clients can login to their client area will be youragency.feedbackevaluate.com
  • Feedbackevaluate.com is a generic domain, and is not connected to  the Feedback Link brand in any way.

Notification Emails

  • Clients you invite to your client area receive an agency-branded invite notification.
  • Client notification emails for new responses are also agency-branded.
  • The "From" field will be a generic notifications@feedbackevaluate.com or invites@feedbackevaluate.com.
