How does payment and plans work?

We work on a "pay as you go" basis. You simply pay for any client account you want to upgrade. We share revenue with our agency partners based on a "revenue split" discount model. More info here.

I have a coupon/special deal code, can I use it for my client/agency?

Yes! Simply navigate to your client's account and then "Settings" > "Billing & Plan" and submit your code there.

How does support work?

Logged in clients will not see our support button (?) feature as this is linked with the Feedback Link help centre. This means that you will need to offer support directly to your clients, and funnel requests back to us.

I want to host client dashboards at a custom domain?

Not yet, however watch this space! This could be a possibility in the near future, depending on feedback from agency partners.

I want to send invites from a custom domain?

For now, client invites are sent from a generic "feedbackevaluate.com" domain. This domain is not linked to feedback.link in any way. We have this feature on our backlog - keep an eye out.
